Shopify integrations – connect the store to the rest of the business
The store is rarely the problem. It is the connection between the store, the warehouse and the ERP that decides how much manual work is left over.

Common integration scenarios
Range from supplier
Products, prices and stock levels sync into the store automatically instead of being uploaded by hand.
Orders into the ERP
Orders land straight in accounting or the ERP with the right line items and customer details.
Stock in both directions
The store shows the right level, and a sale in the shop reduces the level online.
Draft Orders for sales outside the checkout
Quotes, part payments and orders staff set up on a customer's behalf — sales support for everything that does not go through the normal checkout.
Publishing to marketplaces
The same product data pushed out to external channels, without doing the work twice.
How we build the integration
We work against Shopify's API and build integrations as services of their own, with a queue, logging and error handling. That means they survive real volumes and that you can see what happened when something fails.
Where an app is enough, we use an app. But when the app pile costs more than it returns, or when no app quite does what you need, we build the function instead — often both cheaper and faster to run.
The experience comes from live stores, not demo environments. Draft Orders, product sync and marketplace publishing are things we have built and operated.
A fixed monthly price. Product and outcome — not hours.
- A fixed monthly price. No running hours, no change-order invoices.
- No setup cost. The product pays for itself against the effect it creates.
- We charge for the product and the outcome. Development, hosting and support are included.
Vanliga frågor
What does a Shopify integration cost?
The price is set before the work starts and is driven by how many data types have to sync and in which directions. A one-way product sync is considerably simpler than a two-way link for stock and orders.
Should we use an app instead?
If an app solves the problem well it is usually the right choice, and we will say so. Custom code becomes right when the apps are not enough, or when the sum of app fees has passed what an integration costs.
Can you connect Shopify to our accounting system?
Yes. We have built this against Fortnox, the Swedish accounting platform, where store orders become invoice data and payment status flows back to the store. The same pattern applies to other systems with an API.
Will the integration survive a campaign peak?
Yes. We build with a queue and retries so that a traffic spike does not drop orders.
Can we sell on marketplaces using the same product data?
Yes. We have built publishing from the product range out to external marketplaces so that the same data drives several channels.

Pick whichever is closest and we will take it from there.
