An ecommerce agency that keeps running the store after launch
We build the store, connect it to the systems you already have, and keep moving it forward. One fixed monthly price instead of a project plus running hours.

What ecommerce as a service means
Most ecommerce projects cost the most after launch. The store gets built, goes live — and then the real work begins: product data to maintain, integrations to adjust, campaigns to set up, payment flows to change. In a project model every one of those becomes a new invoice.
We sell the store as a service instead. A fixed monthly price covering both the platform and the ongoing work: development, integrations, improvements, hosting and support. You know what the store costs per month, and we have every reason to make it better, because that is what you are paying for.
We work with both Shopify and custom builds. The choice follows the business, not what we would prefer to build — and we say plainly when Shopify is more than enough and when it is not.
Where the work usually sits
Product data
A catalogue of ten thousand items with variants, attributes and changing prices is maintenance, not a one-off upload. Automate it or somebody sits with it every week.
Integrations
Automatic sync of range, prices and stock between suppliers, ERP and store, so nobody moves data by hand.
The exceptions
B2B pricing, instalments, quotes, orders placed by staff on a customer's behalf. Everything that does not go through the standard checkout needs its own logic — and it is often where the margin is.
Growth after launch
Search, speed, checkout and content, revisited monthly rather than once at handover.
A fixed monthly price. Product and outcome — not hours.
“Big projects always blow the budget”
A fixed monthly price. No running hours, no change-order invoices.
“The upfront investment is too risky”
No setup cost. The product pays for itself against the effect it creates.
“Agencies bill hours, not results”
We charge for the product and the outcome. Development, hosting and support are included.

Vanliga frågor
Shopify or something custom?
Shopify is usually right when you sell physical products through a reasonably standard process. Custom becomes right when the business logic is unusual — odd pricing models, B2B flows, or integrations that do not exist as apps. We will tell you which applies to you.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly price rather than a project sum. The level depends on the size of the range and which integrations are needed — get in touch and we set a price before we start.
Can you take over a store somebody else built?
Yes. We start by reading the code and telling you what we see, including whether we think something should be rebuilt. You get that assessment before we set a price, not after.
Do you handle the migration from our current platform?
Yes — products, customers, orders and URLs. The URLs matter most: a migration that changes every address without redirects throws away the search positions the old store earned.
Tell us what you want to build
Describe briefly where you are and we will come back within one working day with a concrete proposal — and a price.
Pick whichever is closest and we will take it from there.
